What kind of wax do you use in your candles?

At The Candle Bar, we use a premium, 100% natural soy wax blend. This ensures a cleaner, longer-lasting burn that is eco-friendly and free from paraffin and harsh toxins.

How long will my candle last?

Our standard 9oz candles typically burn for 45-55 hours. To maximize your candle's life, we recommend trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before every light and burning it for no more than 4 hours at a time.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to candle lovers worldwide in the near future.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your scent. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused and unlit candles within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

My candle arrived damaged. What should I do?

We take great care in packaging, but glass can be fragile. If your order arrives broken, please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.

Are your fragrances safe for pets?

We use high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils. While our candles are generally safe, we recommend burning them in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of pets to ensure their safety.
